Forty Acres is very happy to invite the cosmic Americana band, Blue Cactus, to the stage at Five Oaks Clubhouse.
With a high, lonesome twang, an Emmylou-like southern drawl, and
blistering guitar techniques, Blue Cactus exercises the honky-tonk
muscles to firmly bear the flag for a new generation of country music.
Blue Cactus is Steph Stewart and Mario Arnez, and joining
them will be Gabe Anderson on drums and Dylan Turner on bass.
Indy Week: “Blue Cactus evokes a celestial soundscape of mid-century heartbreak. Rather than attempt to fix what’s broken, this prickly pair of cosmic country artists embrace it.”
Also appearing as a warmup is Nashville-based
up-and-coming Americana artist Jobi Riccio, who
writes songs that meld classic country sounds
with modern sensibilities.
Tickets are only $20, payable through PayPal.
Your PayPal receipt is your ticket.
